Tom’s main area of practice is regulation and public law, with particular specialism in immigration law. Legal 500 notes he “knows his law inside-out” and “barrister Tom Bradford is a ‘rising star’ who is ‘ruthlessly efficient and client focused’”. Chambers and Partners UK states “Observers note that Tom Bradford of Russell-Cooke possesses ‘an outstanding analytical mind and has consistently demonstrated excellent tactical and strategic abilities’”.
He is a member of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association, the Constitutional and Administrative Law Bar Association and the Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers.
Tom was awarded a first-class undergraduate degree (and the Keith Jones Essay Prize) and was awarded a distinction for his MA (Philosophy) at Warwick University. He undertook the Bar Vocational Course at BPP.
